Rodney Charles White (born June 28, 1980 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American professional basketball player. He played college basketball at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he was named national freshman of the Year by ESPN, and was selected by the Detroit Pistons with the 9th overall pick of the 2001 NBA Draft.
In four seasons for the Pistons, the Denver Nuggets, and the Golden State Warriors, he averaged 7.1 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. He was waived by the Warriors on June 30, 2005.
After that, he played overseas, starting in Spain with Bàsquet Manresa, then Lagun Aro Bilbao, both in the Spanish ACB. He was cut by Bilbao on November 1, 2006. The following month, he enlisted at Scavolini-Gruppo Spar Pesaro in Italy's Serie A, for the season. In November 2007, he joined China's Zhejiang Guangsha. He currently plays in the Arecibo Captains of the BSN.
