Rodion (Rod) Sergeyevich Dyachenko (born September 22, 1983 in Georgiyevsk, USSR) is a Russian soccer player, who currently plays midfield and forward for D.C. United, in Major League Soccer.

Dyachenko played at Mountain View High School in Vancouver, WA. He also played club soccer with West Villa Thunder and FC Portland both in the state of Oregon. He then went on to play collegiate soccer with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas from 2002 to 2005, scoring 23 goals in those four years.

He was selected in the third round 31st overall in the 2006 MLS SuperDraft by D.C. United.

Despite not playing regularly with the team in league, Dyachenko has played in US Open Cup play and in exhibition against Real Madrid.

Dyachenko was selected in the 2006 MLS Expansion Draft by Toronto FC. He was re-acquired, however, by DC United on February 1, 2007 in a trade for a first round pick in the 2008 MLS Entry Draft.

In the current 2007 MLS season, Dyachenko has played in 12 games for United, and has one goal.
