The article should be split in two: Facts pertaining to the city and its history remaining in the current article. Create a second article that focuses on the school system in Rockford where topics such as Education and Sports could be moved to.
I don't think so at all, unless you can get a lot more info and sources. I'm going to revert the school systems back because that page looks very empty. & sign your posts please. (-Kid. 16:14, 20 April 2007 (UTC))

John Kiedis lives in Rockford and should be placed in the "noteable people'"s section.

"Rockford is served by the Rockford Public Schools (Michigan) and some private institutions." List them.
The article may be improved by removing the names of all the public schools, as they have their own article, and simply list said "private institutions" and perhaps create articles on them.
