Founded in July 2000 and incorporated in the United Kingdom as Rochen Limited in January 2003, Rochen is a leading provider of reseller hosting services.

The company was founded by Christopher Adams, who still serves the firm in the capacity of Managing Director, and currently has staff located throughout the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia.

Rochen is the official web hosting partner for the Joomla content management system and was announced alongside Joomla at the LinuxWorld Expo Awards held in London, UK in October 2005 and October 2006 as a finalist in the category of "Best Linux/Open Source ISP/Internet Host".
