This is not the flag I was thought was Rochester's. I thought it was blue with a styalised five petal flower (I alwas thought it looked like a group of butterflies). I've been looking for it, but all I'v found was the emblem on the Rochester Homepage. The surge continues!

I too, thought the blue and gold flag was our official flag. However, according to this article, the flag depicted here is in fact the official flag. That said, the official flag has apparently not been flown in years, the blue and gold flag flying in its place (even on City Hall).
