Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

It is a low resolution copy of an album cover.
It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way, although it is no longer available
Copies could not sensibly be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD.
The image is significant because it is the cover art for a classic sampler album.
Additionally, the cover is interesting for its use of an early image of a now-famous actor & politician
The text in the accompanying article refers to the album cover design; to describe this without an image would be pointless and a waste of words.
