Talk:Robert Nadeau (science historian)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I am unable to verify that Nadeau is a "Professor of Public Policy" at GMU, nor that Nadeau has any standing as an economist of any variety. GMU's page (http://english.gmu.edu/faculty/bio.php?fname=Robert&lname=Nadeau) indicates that he is a full professor of English. He does not appear to make his CV available anywhere online.
I just read that same article in SA. It doesn't say he's a "professor of" public policy, but that he teaches environmental science and public policy. Basically, I think what it comes down to is that he's an English professor ranting about his environmental politics. In the article, he basically argued that "neo-classical economics", meaning free-market economics... are obsolete. As far as I can tell, he has no credentials in economics either.
