Former owner? The Times, 12th April 2007, says: "...[the plan was] Jack Kachkar, a pharmaceuticals millionaire, buying Marseilles. Robert Louis-Dreyfus, the present owner, pulled out when Kachkar, who is involved in complicated litigation in the United States, failed to provide certain guarantees."
