Hello : This paragraph :

"Kiyosaki has become fashionable around college campuses globally. Unfortunately, some students have become brainwashed into putting their studies aside, believing that "traditional education will not make them successful". They are overconfident on how easy it is to make money in real estate when in fact the real estate market is quite weak at the moment."

might want to be changed in at least two ways : 1.) Change "become brainwashed into putting " into "been convinced into putting " or "decided to put." 2.) Specify when "... quite weak at the moment." is referring to, such as "..quite weak at this time, circa the first quarter of 2007."
