This entry reads like a PR piece---totally unlike an encyclopedia entry.
It is also absurdly long.

This is tiny for all that Cialdini has been involved in! I know he's added some to the discussion of cognitive dissonance, and social identity theory. He created the concept of "BIRGing"-- "basking in reflected glory". I'd add this, but I don't have the citations just now. DivineAna 17:46, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
