RoboCup Small Size League
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The RoboCup Small Size League (SSL) is one of the RoboCup Soccer leagues.
Two teams of five robots which are limited to a 18cm diameter and 15 cm height play soccer with an orange golf ball. They are typically controlled by two overhead cameras connected to a computer which handles all the vision processing and team commands. Teams can opt to put cameras on board each of their robots, but this is currently rare.
