Robert Provan

Robert James Provan was born in September of 1944. He died on July 6th 2006. He was diagnosed at the age of five with Polio. He overcame the disease, but later in his life was diagnosed with Post-Polio. Provan was the first lawyer to successfully sue an HMO for the Disability Discrimination Act.
