Robert Michael "Bob" Jaspan was the Councilman in the 3rd Ward of the City of Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Jaspan is a local business owner on Elmora Avenue in Elizabeth and has been so for over forty years. The store, Jaspan Brothers Hardware, is a local landmark currently under the management of his three sons.

Bob Jaspan is married to Barbara Jaspan (maiden name Kirkmcgee). They have four children, seven grandchildren and four great-grand children.
