Robert Kelley

Robert O. Kelley, PhD, is the incoming president of the University of North Dakota (UND) which is located in Grand Forks, North Dakota. He will become UND's 11th president effective July 1, 2008.[1] Kelley was previously dean of the College of Health Sciences and professor of medical education and public health at the University of Wyoming.
