Robert Franklin Pennell

Robert Franklin Pennell (1850, Maine1905, San Francisco) was an American educator and classicist.

Pennell graduated in Classics at Harvard University in 1871.[1] By 1889 he was principal of the Marysville schools in California. From 1890 to 1893 he was president of the Stockton, California schools. From 1893 to 1897 he was President of Chico State Normal School.[2]
