Robert Blackmon (born May 12, 1967 in Bay City, Texas) was a defensive back in the NFL. He played for nine seasons from 1990-1998. He played for the Seattle Seahawks and Indianapolis Colts. He attended Baylor University for college. He was drafted in the second round of the 1990 NFL Draft.
