Robert Bayly (born 22 February 1988) in Dublin is a professional footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Leeds United.

Bayly is a Republic Of Ireland Under-18 international. He made his debut for the first team as a substitute in Leeds League Cup match against Southend United on 24 October 2006. On 26 October 2006, Bayly signed a professional two year contract with Leeds.^[1] Bayly made his full debut in the final game of the 2006-07 Championship season away to Derby County. However, it was a debut to forget as he was shown a straight red card after appearing to attempt to headbutt Craig Fagan, although no actual contact was made.
