Robert Alan Aurthur

Robert Alan Aurthur (1922-1978) was an American screenwriter, director and TV producer.

Aurthur's first contribution was as a producer in respect of Goodyear Television Playhouse in 1951. He is however, better known as a writer, with numerous screenwriting credits from the early 1950s onward. Subsequent to his TV work, he wrote and directed The Lost Man (1969). He was also responsible for All That Jazz (1979) which he wrote and produced.
