Rob Picciolo

Robert Michael Picciolo (February 4, 1953, in Santa Monica, California), is a former professional baseball player who played shortstop in the Major Leagues from 1977-1985. During his career, he played for the Milwaukee Brewers, California Angels, and Oakland Athletics.

Picciolo was notorious for not drawing bases on balls. In 1,628 major league at-bats, he only walked 25 times.

Picciolo currently works as a minor-league instructor for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

Rob has two sons, Breton and Dustin Picciolo. Both sons attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
