Rob Malcolm

Rob Malcolm is an African-American journalist for WNYW. Joining the station in the beginning of 2007, Malcolm is a former football player. He replaced alum James Ford, currently of WPIX-TV, the CW Affiliate in New York.

Rob Malcolm got his first job in journalism at CKRY radio. Malcolm spent a year reporting sports in Toronto before landing a sports position in Detroit.

Starting the weekend of August 11th, Rob was one of many to replace Reid Lamberty as anchor on the weekend editions of FOX 5 News in New York. Lamberty has been promoted to weekday mornings with the Good Day New York team. Lamberty will now head the Fox 5 Live editions with Christina Park. [1]
