Breakenridge is described^{[citation needed]} as a social moderate who admits to being torn on the same sex marriage issue. He has also had debates with local 9/11 conspiracy theorists such as Nathan Moulton, arguing his personal belief that the official investigations into the September 11 terrorist attacks are accurate.
