Naturally, you are free to use this on newbies' talk pages. I will probably write a script to do this, when I have time. For now, to insert it, use:

Also, the fact that it says my name at the top is because of the use of {{BASEPAGENAME}} at the top.

I will also probably tweak and improve the template, as it is currently the Wikipedia default.
