rita wilson has a bulgarian origins ,not from Greece .

i guess u are wrong...cause she identifies herself as greek-american and is coming to her parents house in greece almost every summer...has she ever come to bulgaria?or maybe has she ever said she is bulgarian-american?i am sure she hasn't!

What she said was: "My mother is Greek and my father is Bulgarian. I am a first-generation American and native Los Angeleno. I was born and raised in Hollywood. I would go to school and be American and then come home and be Greek."[1]

The article mentions that she is Pomak, which means a muslim Bulgarian. Nevertheless they say Hanks converted to CHristianity because of Wilson and Wilson is listed among Greek Orthodox people. If she is POmak then she is muslim...

You think all Pomaks are Muslims, Einstein? Her Dad was indeed a Muslim but converted to Christianity upon marrying his Greek wife and changed his name from Ibrahimoff to Wilson a few years after Rita was born. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.76.207.238 (talk) 19:08, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
