I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Where did this rumor come from? I searched online and found no other mention. There is a physical resemblance, and they have the same middle and last names (both very common middle and last names), but that doesn't mean there's much reason to believe they are relatives. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.168.25.203 (talk) 21:02, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
