Riseone is a graffiti writer from NYC, Born in the East Village of NYC in the mid-70's to Puerto Rican parents who were raised in the Lower East Side (L.E.S) of NYC themselves. Riseone born (Eddie louis Colon) has been actively writing graffiti in NYC since the late 80's. Riseone started writing graffiti in the Ridgewood section of Queens New York a small lower middle class neighborhood that borders Bushwick Brooklyn and Glendale Queens, where he and his family moved from Bushwick Brooklyn. After the death of his paternal father, Riseone sought out a sense of belonging, although he spent a number of years from the age of 8 to about the age of 12 not fitting in and being an outcast in his new neighborhood which was predominantly white Anglo-Saxon, RISEONE found solace in the Graffiti world by witnessing BLONE and DORO(R.I.P) bombing a garage and eventually his building.. After a brief encounter during a summer day camp with Doro and BLone Rise was in awe when he saw the level of respect and comradery that engulfed the 2 older writers.
