[edit] Sources

The only source listed is from the website of the software's creator. The only thing taken from their site is a list of catastrophes that they model. Hardly a subjective declaration.

Given the relative obscurity of the software there are not many sources about it. The current contributers of this article use the software and will be adding to the article.

I will leave the sources template on for now, until we have a chance to expand upon the currently short article.

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:RMS.gif

Image:RMS.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Rewrite

I added the "rewrite" tag to this article. There are major neutrality issues, starting with the lead paragraph: world's leading provider of analytics and decision science solutions. A more concrete discussion of the nature of the business would help; not sure that "world's leading" is anything other than puffery, and the misuse of the word "solution" in this manner is an inherent breach of WP:NPOV. - Smerdis of Tlön (talk) 15:48, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Just a Commercial

this is an interesting page, the home page of a non-profit organization is continuously tagged and hassled for lacking citation, and citing its own website, yet this commercial advert (because that is what it is) does the same without comment or compliant Hongkonger (talk) 01:55, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
