Rissoidae is a family of very small and minute sea snails with an operculum, marine gastropod mollusks in the order Sorbeoconcha.

This family of snails is found worldwide.

The small shells of rissoids can be conical, ovate or subcylindrical. They can be smooth or sculptured. They have an operculum.
