"Rise" is a song released by rock group Public Image Ltd. in 1986 from their album Album.

Written by John Lydon about the issue of apartheid in Africa, which was a very prevalent issue in the 1980s, the song is a departure from the group's regular sound, featuring a somewhat haunting backing and lyrics. It was one of the group's biggest commercial hits, peaking at #11 on the UK Singles Chart and being featured on CDs in both the Hits and Now That's What I Call Music! series in the UK.
