Hi, I just created this stub on this important (to me, at any rate) topic. Perhaps I will fill it out later. However, I had a bit of trouble. I wanted to put the Mary Douglas reference in a footnote, but, for whatever reason, I can't get the "ref" tags to work. I get the superscript number [1], but no note appears. Is that tag disabled for stubs?
