For example , before the Hot 100, Bing Crosby had 38 #1s on Billboad chart. Otherwise, you can create a section with pre-Hot 100 accomplishements. Even by doing so, Elvis still didn't have 17 #1s if you stick at the Top 100, the most serious ancestor to the Hot 100, but 14.
