Gorkšs brother Jorens Gorkšs also plays for FK Auda/Alberts Rīga.[1] Their father, Juri Gorkšs is the clubs chairman.[1] His other brother, Kaspars Gorkšs plays for Blackpool F.C. in England.[2]
