Rigoberto Padilla is a Honduran football player, who currently plays for Motagua. He is also part of the U-23 Honduras national football team that won the 2008 CONCACAF Men's Pre-Olympic Tournament and qualified to the 2008 Summer Olympics. His brother, Esdras Padilla, also plays for Hispano and is a regular in the starting lineup.
He made his debut for the senior national side on March 26, 2008 in a friendly against Colombia.
