Talk:Riesen
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
It's not caramel. For as long as I can remember, it's toffee in dark chocolate. I used to eat them when I was young and lost quite a few baby teeth because of them. And now I just found somewhere that sells them, so I bought a packet and it still toffee. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 87.74.70.124 (talk • contribs) .
- Storck advertises it as caramel, and I believe that's what it tastes like (to me). —BorgHunter (talk) 13:46, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
Aren't they sold in bars also? Where I buy them from, here in the UK, they sell 4 or 5 pieces, unwrapped, in a bar.
[edit] Quote from website...it is caramel, not toffee
On the company's (August Storck KG) website, it describe Risen as a:
"Chewy chocolate caramel, covered in indulgently rich European chocolate. RIESEN lasts and lasts. So if you need a long, relaxing moment, unwrap a delicious, long lasting RIESEN." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Melissa Dilo (talk • contribs) 18:41, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
