[edit] ripbot AFD
hey :) you noted that ripbot264 is NN software, yet others, such as AutoMKV are allowed. they use very similar sources. hard to use much else in this specific field of video encoding. doom9, videohelp, video digest and the PSP bontragerphotography.com site are all top ranked in their specific expert fields. its a relatively new piece of software, yet already holds a valued place in the area of console video encoding and this will only grow. Would sit very comfortably with the other pieces of software in its category. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Flidge (talk • contribs) 21:47, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
- Read WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS from now please confine your discussion to the AFD page. You need to make arguments that support your position, not point out faults in other articles.Ridernyc 02:33, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
- Well how would discussing your opinion on that page be relevant, im curious as to why you made your decision. I was hoping we could discuss it, im sure you wouldn't want ill informed opinions to have influence over what articles appear on this site. I didn't honestly think open discussion on a page like this, on a site like this, would cause any offence :) I dont suppose you are for a second, but the way you dealt with me kinda made you come across a bit like a Wanker. I'm sure you're not though, so ill read your article and learn how to post things on an internet site a little better and it would be great if you took some time just to work on how you deal with people, for your benefit (and those around you). - again not discussing it here, your comments should be made on the articles AFD section. This is to keep the debate centralized any points you make here will not be seen by the admin that is going to decied the fate of your article. So for you own good you wnat to post there. [edit] Anal-oral contact
So, what's up with your two contradictory edits on the above article? You revert an inappropriate edit, then reverse yourself? - CHAIRBOY (☎) 03:58, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Hey
What would your suggested action be for a sock puppet mistriss who only goes to vandalize, this is on another wiki, the urban dead one, and she was perma-banned.
Izumi Orimoto, Has been banned over 40 times on numerous proxys and wo0nt sto pcoming ,lwhat do you think we should do, cause are current action is ot aks her isp to disocnnect hercause all shes doing is using it to vandalize a wiki.--Cody6 03:17, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
- might want to ask someone else but my experience from the past 15 years of running various public forums is there is nothing you can do. The ISP will most likely just totally ignore you.Ridernyc 04:22, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
- We've had worse on that wiki, once they ahd to go through over 2000 bans.--Cody6 13:52, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Mistake
I think you have made a mistake in reverting a "vandalism" that I apparently made on the Battle of Hastings article. As far as I am aware I have never read the article, let alone edited, let alone vandalized the article in question my IP address is dynamic so it may be another user however. 84.9.53.222 22:02, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
