Hope you enjoy that biolerplate welcome. Anyway, I tried to re-insert the references as you posted on Editor Assistance requests. I also tried to put your text back in (please let me know if it's not what you had intended) to do. Basically, the footnotes are generated from the <ref> TEXT </ref> tags in the article. So, just try not to modify the text in between those tags....it took me forever to figure it out myself, so don't worry about making mistakes....it's always easy to fix :)
