[edit] Editing Ann Moray

Please try to find references for the article on Ann Moray--if you can find even one review of any of her books, add it and remove the prod tag, and the article can possibly be defended. DGG (talk) 02:42, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

The "prod tag" is the tag saying this article is to be speedily deleted for the reasons cited. --Orange Mike 15:11, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
and, yes, the thing to do is to add references to the reviews. That will be sufficient for removing the tag. DGG (talk) 19:34, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
Incidentally, if you've got a copy of that anthology that you took the "You don't need eyes" reference from, please dig it up and cite the original appearance of the article, rather than the later reprint. The first appearance always makes a sounder citation than a reference to a reprint. --Orange Mike | Talk 19:30, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] "the web site to which I attempted to link is blacklisted by wikipedia"

That may indicate that the website in question is considered unreliable; or more likely, that the website has been spamming Wikipedia and been banned for it. You say this confusion is common; then there should be other, non-banned websites that make the same mistake. --Orange Mike 15:59, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

If you want me to look at the site, email me the address. DGG (talk) 19:33, 24 September 2007 (UTC) Send me an email. I will reply, then send me directly an email message giving me the url. DGG (talk) 21:41, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

to email me, you go to my user page or my talk page, and on the list of links at the left side of the Wikipedia screen you will see in the group labeled toolbox, a link saying, "Email this user" Click on it.

Alternatively, you can go to your preferences panel--there's a link at the top of the screen labeled My preferences, and then you can enable your own email so people can email you.DGG (talk) 22:22, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
