This is altogether a too short piece on Stone. After all he originated the Stone-Geary demand system and was a very important associate of Keynes. How can we get something going about Stone without being classified as vandals?

Just write sensible, formatted content, avoid opinionated statements ("Stone was the greatest economist who ever lived") and weasel words ("Many say Stone was the greatest economist who ever lived") and unnecessary detail and deviations; and bear in mind that you should be writing in an encyclopedic tone. that's the basics.. easy. others will help out too.
