It's not entirely clear that the "McLibel 2" case was "successful", even from a purely technical legal perspective. Although McDonalds won on several points, they also lost on several points. The case was also "successfully" referred to the European Courts by the McLibel 2 (although due to the nature of such, it was against the UK rather than McDonalds). In wider terms (PR etc) it was certainly far from successful! --Salvadors 07:10, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
