Talk:Richard Mulcaster
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Please don't correct English spellings. The English spelling of 'rigour' with a 'u' is perfectly correct and, since Mulcaster was an Englishman, one might give him the courtesy of his accepted native spelling, which he was so keen to harmonise (with an 's').--Bhw 23:12, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Change of 'Soccer' to 'football'
The article explicitly states that Mulcaster was responsible for coining the term 'footeball' - what this has to do with the word 'soccer' I'll never know. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ericxpenner (talk • contribs) 19:46, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
