Please do not remove tags without explanation or discussion. The tone of the article may have been fine for a personal website, or perhaps for program notes, but was not appropriate for an encyclopedia article. This is not to suggest that Mr. Giangiulio's accomplishments are any less praiseworthy; the point is that impressive accomplishments speak for themselves and do not require the degree of colorful commentary that was previously in the article.
