Ricky Holland was a seven-year-old boy reported missing in the summer of 2005 in Williamston, Michigan. For months police were searching for the boy until January of 2006 when the adoptive father, Tim Holland, led the police to the remains of the boys body in Dansville, Michigan.
The foster parents, Tim and Lisa Holland, were both charged with the murder of Ricky Holland. Lisa was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison without parole, while Tim was sentenced for 30 to 60 years. This case was among the first national news casing concerning Williamston, Michigan.
