Richmond is a federal electoral district in British Columbia, Canada, that has been represented in the Canadian House of Commons since 1988.

The district consists of the western part of the City of Richmond.

The district was created in 1987 from parts of Richmond—South Delta. In 2003, more parts of Delta—South Richmond were added to it.

Its Member of Parliament is Raymond Chan, a former engineer. He was first elected in 1993. He represents the Liberal Party of Canada. He served in the Cabinet as the Minister of State (Multiculturalism) before the Liberal Party was defeated in the 2006 election.
