Richard Herbert Kaschula (also known as Richie) (born November 9, 1946 in Midlands, Zimbabwe) was a Zimbabwean cricketer.
A slow left-arm orthodox bowler, he was a regular in the Rhodesian side throughout the 1970s and early 1980s. He took 196 first class wickets at 25.71. After retiring he became a national selector and was one of the many victims during the government takeover in 2006.
