Richard Ivan Winwood is an author, religious leader, and business executive with Franklin-Covey.

Richard (Dick) Winwood was a founding executive and Chief Operating Officer of Franklin-Covey (formerly Franklin Quest), which still publishes many of his books. He has also worked in an executive capacity with BioMeridian Inc (formerly Magellan Technology)[2]. Winwood was the founder of WinAir Airlines in 1997, and Million Air LLC in 2001, and is the current owner of Intermountain Air.
Winwood is the author of Time Management[3], Creating Quality Meetings[4], Time Effective Meetings, A Poore Wandridge Boy[5], and Take Heed That Ye Be Not Deceived[6].
He was a Mormon Mission president in Atlantic Canada from 1991-1994[7].
