Richard Highton (born December 24, 1927) is currently a Professor Emeritus in Biology for the University of Maryland College Park. At present he currently works in the Zoology Department, and has published numerous well-cited papers in herpetology.
He received his Masters degree and Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Florida.[1]
