Richard Broadbent

Sir Richard Broadbent KCB is a British businessman and retired Civil Servant.

He was the last Chairman of Her Majesty's Customs and Excise before it was merged with the Inland Revenue to create Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs in 2005.

He serves as a non-executive director for Barclays plc and Arriva.
