Richard Alan Fox (born 1943) is an Australian medical physician. He was the son of Alan Fox, a businessman, and Rosalind Nee Morris.
He attended Aquinas College, Perth, the University of Western Australia and the University of Oxford.[1] From 1970-1974 he was a Research Fellow in the School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences at the University of Sussex and then for next four years a Scientific Assistant at the Institute of Cancer Research with the status of Lecturer at the University of London.[1]
In 2000 he became the Vice Chairman of the Australasian College of Physical Scientists and Engineers in Medicine.
