Ricardo Mion Varella Costa (born 17 June 1982 in São Paulo) is a Brazilian footballer.

He signed a one year contract with Grêmio Barueri in July 2007, but in January of the following year he was transfered to Veria F.C. where he disputed 3 matches. He left Veria F.C. on May 2008.
