Ricardo Brennand Institute - (Instituto Ricardo Brennand - IRB in Portuguese) is a cultural institution located in Recife, Brasil. The organization governs a museum, an art gallery, a library and a large park. The collector Ricardo Brennand is the creator and owner. At the institute it is possible to find objects of art from many different locations and times, from Middle Ages Europe to the 15th century, through Colonial Brazil, Dutch Brazil, 17th century, and Brazil in the 19th century.
