I feel the image is fair use because it is located on the front page of the official webpage. I believe that it is used to promote the event, and logically adding the picture to a non-profit website that is accessible to the masses is only contributing to its purpose. It is the only image in the entire article, and can be seen as a benefit to the article so as to show the scale of such a large event. To my knowledge, no fair use equivalent exists, and no other wikipedia user has uploaded a similar picture.

This work is copyrighted and unlicensed.
